We are not able to accept returns of products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your candles and/or wax melts, please contact us at and we will make it right.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is our policy to provide the best service to you. If it is determined a refund is necessary instead of shipping an exact product replacement, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
